TOKYO Japan and Cuba will hold government-level talks Wednesday in
Tokyo to discuss bilateral relations and exchange views on the international
situation and other issues of common concern, the Japanese Foreign Ministry said
Friday.
Yoshihiro Nishida, director general of the ministry's Latin American and
Caribbean Affairs Bureau, will lead Japan's team in the talks, while the Cuban
delegation will be headed by Vice Foreign Minister Jose Armando Guerra Menchero,
