HAVANA, October 5 (Regina del Sol, AIDH / CubaNet) Eight men were fined
between three and four thousand pesos each by authorities at the port of Havana
for building a rustic boat to go fishing.
In addition, the boat, built out of wood and foam, and a Russian-made
Moskovich engine were confiscated.
The men presumably wanted to fish to feed their families and sell some of
their catch.
