A high level Chinese military delegation has arrived in Cuba to continue "systematic
exchanges" between the armed forces of the two countries.
The delegation, which is to stay on the island until Saturday, is headed by
Lieutenant General Qiao Qingchen, political leader for the Chinese Armed Forces.
Official media said the visit was part of the "systematic exchanges
aimed at increasing the ties of friendship and collaboration between the two
peoples and their armed forces,"
