Light fixtures taken from park

HAVANA, July 2 (José Antonio Fornaris, Cuba-Verdad) - Four light fixtures disappeared Wednesday night from the park in front of the church of San Isidro in Managua, in the outskirts of Havana.

Police say they have no clue as to what may have happened to them. They say they didn't see or hear any suspicious activity Wednesday night, despite the fact that the park is less than 200 yards from the police substation.

The fixtures were bolted to six-foot-tall steel bases.
