Phone communications between Cuba and Europe difficult

HAVANA, April 26 (Manuel David Orrio, CPI) - Havana residents with relatives in Europe complain that making telephone connections with them has become more difficult lately, which they attribute to the recent interruption of telephone service between Cuba and the United States.

The Cuban government cut direct telephone communications to the United States in response to a decision by a U. S. judge to indemnify the heirs of four Brothers to the Rescue pilots shot down by Cuban air force planes with Cuban funds frozen in the United States.
