HAVANA, September 10 (Gilberto Figueredo, CPI) Health Ministry officials do not properly inspect medical facilities in their jurisdiction, say workers in the "Diego Tamayo" polyclinic in Old Havana.
According to the workers, the officials only pay attention to bureaucratic and economic matters, overlooking others such as working conditions, the lack of equipment and supplies that would enable the facilities to render adequate service to the population.
