Several Townspeople Sick From Government Oil

CIEGO DE ÁVILA, May 19 (Prudencio Nápoles Hidalgo, FAPDH) – Several people, dozens according to some, took sick after consuming oil made available by the government under the food rationing plan in the municipality of Baraguá in this province.

People who had paid 3 pesos for 1½ ounces of the oil experienced vomiting and diarrhea after ingesting it. The authorities have not made any comments.
