HAVANA, July 12 (Regina del Sol) A worker in Havana was demoted to a new job at half her salary and her job was given to a government officials wife.
Nancy Olivares had been working as Service Chief at 231 pesos (about 11 dollars) a month at U/B Enterprises in Marianao, city of Havana, when she was reassigned as a clerk at 111 pesos (a little over 5 dollars) a month.
