LONDON, Jan 10 (Reuters) - A Cuban bulk sugar cargo was reported on Friday to have been fixed to the Black Sea at around $23 a tonne, the first fixture of its 1999/00 cane crop shipbrokers said.
Cuba's Sugar Ministry has said that sugar output should exceed 4.0 million tonnes, up from 3.78 million in 1998/99.
