LONDON, Jan 6 (Reuters) - Sugar freight enquiries for Cuban cargoes were starting to build up, shipbrokers said on Thursday.
They said that the Cuban sugar cane harvest was slightly later this year due to wet weather but noted one of the first fixtures for a 25,000 tonnes bulk cargo to Russia at nearly $23 a tonne.
