LONDON, Feb 8 (Reuters) - Cuban bulk cargoes destined for the Black Sea were the main feature on the sugar freight market, shipbrokers said on Tuesday.
They noted that $23.50 a tonne was paid for a 25,000 tonnes bulk cargo to Russia.
