CIEGO DE AVILA, August 29 (Emilio Martín Morales, FAPDH) - The tank car which distributes fresh milk in the city of Morón, in Ciego de Ávila province, was spilling scarce milk all over the streets Sunday as it made its rounds.

"This is not the first time this happens," said one resident. "In the meantime, children and old people are going without."

The government only allocates milk to children under 7 years of age and to the old or sick.
