CAIBARIEN, VILLA CLARA, June 20 (Héctor Trujillo Pis) - State Security agents routinely interview Cubans getting ready to visit the United States and ask them to report on letters they may be asked to deliver, said the president to the National Commission on Human Rights, Osvaldo Díaz
Palacios.
Residents who receive visitors visas to the U.S. are summoned to the Migration Office of the Ministry of the Interior and it is there they are interviewed by the agents.
The Department of State Security is also an agency of the Ministry of the Interior.
Agents ask the travelers to read any letters they may be asked to deliver in the U.S. and to report on any that contain any material adverse to the Revolution.
