HAVANA, June 18 (Oswaldo de Céspedes, CPI) - Four dissidents are in jail awaiting trial for "disorderly conduct," according to the indictment for Case 35 of 2000.
The dissidents, all advocates of civil disobedience as a method of promoting political change in Cuba, are Armando Domínguez and Iosvani Aguilar Camejo, of the Fraternal Brothers for Dignity Movement, and Alejandro Chang Cantillo and Marlon Cabrera. They were all arrested on May 24 and
taken to the facilities of the Technical Department of Investigations in Havana, at 100 and Aldabó Streets.
Since, Armando Domínguez has been taken to the "1580" prison, in San Miguel del Padrón; Aguilar and Chang are at the "Valle Grande" prison, in La Lisa, and Marlon Cabrera is presumed to be in hospital somewhere awaiting his transfer to a prison.
