SANTIAGO DE CUBA, July Young residents of Sagua de Tánamo, in Holguín province, eastern Cuba, dont have a lot of options for recreation beyond the seven bars in town and cheaply made alcoholic beverages.
Alcohol is plentiful in this end of the island; it is one of the few things in Cuba that isnt rationed. The government says this is the region with the highest consumption per capita.
