Returned rafter faces Catch 22

CIEGO DE ÁVILA, Cuba - March 4 (Tania Maceda Guerra, CPIC / www.cubanet.org) - Yosvany Martínez is under a court order to find employment, but nobody will give him a job in Caibarién, where he lives.

Martínez served a prison sentence for hijacking a boat by force. After the unsuccessful attempt, he was returned to the island.

Once he got out of prison, the court ordered him to find a job in construction, but no one will hire him. He says he's had the same luck at the government's supply center.
