Advisor to dissident cause found innocent
HAVANA, April 18 (Leonel Pérez
Belette / www.cubanet.org) - Independent
journalist Julio Aleaga Pesant, who is an
advisor to the Cuban Liberal Movement, was
found innocent this week of lascivious behavior.
The charge was brought against Aleaga Pesant
by a model who accused him of placing her
photo on a Web site, although it was not
made clear what the photo showed.
When the prosecutor was unable to prove
the charge, the judge threw out the case.
