Iran, Cuba agree on implementing Cuban power project

TEHRAN (MNA) - Iran and Cuba reached the agreement on the project of repair and maintenance and renovation of Cuba's power industry, ISNA reported on Saturday.

The Iranian ambassador to Havana, Ahmad Edrisian visiting Yadira Garcia, Cuban Minister of Basic Industries evaluated the cooperation fields and expansion of the economic ties between the two countries.

In this visit, the two parts reached the agreement to implement the projects of power industry and hold the joint economic commission in the Cuban capital city.

Yadira Garcia also expressed satisfaction on exchanging experiences in the oil and gas fields as well as expansion of commerce and economic ties between the two countries.
