Anti-government slogans in Villa Clara town
SANTA CLARA, Cuba, October 26 (Diolexys
Rodriguez Hurtado, Cubanacán Press
/ www.cubanet.org) - Someone painted anti-government
slogans on at least a dozen walls early
October 18 in Vueltas, Villa Clara province,
in central Cuba.
Residents say all along Oro Street people
could see a string of red graffiti reading
"Down with Fidel."
The graffiti lasted until police aided
by members of the Committees for the Defense
of the Revolution cleaned and painted over
the walls.
