husband was supposed to appear at the PRN Unit

but he didn't go. Then on the morning of the 25th
the Sector Chief, Alexander Reyes Ramos, showed
up at their home in Beneficencia between 15 and
16 South and without giving any explanations took
her husband away to an undisclosed location.
The concerned wife has visited all the police
units and the only response she gets is that they
don't know where he is and that they have nothing
to do with that matter. In the morning of July
26th, she and other relatives were still looking
for him and had not received any information from
the authorities.
Maria will go to the State Attorney's Office
and file a missing person report. "I'm very
concerned about my husband. He is a diabetic,
they have not notified me where I can take his
personal necessities", she explains.

all the violations that are committed in Guantanamo"
