HAVANA, February 14 (Reinaldo Cosano Alén / www.cubanet.org) - Two
men, both in their 80s, were expelled from a retirement home in the Isle of
Youth capital of Nueva Gerona for fighting with each other.
Julia Pedroso, the facility's director, and Elena Armenteros, of the Social
Assistance department, took the decision to evict the two.
One of the men, Ramiro Ramírez, was taken in by a nephew, but the
other, Ramón Garrido, has been living in the streets.
