HAVANA, September 20 (Juan Carlos Linares / CubaNet) - Patients at the "14
de Junio" polyclinic in the Luyanó neighborhood of Havana have not
been able to have blood tests performed for over a month because of defective
equipment.
About two thousand residents are assigned to the polyclinic, based on where
they live.
No one seems to know which equipment is broken or when it will be back in
operation. "The Public Health authorities are aware of the problem,"
said a person in charge of public information at the facility.
