LUANDA, Angola (PANA) - Angola's deputy minister of education and culture, Frederico Cardoso, leaves for Cuba Friday to attend the 20th edition of the Carib Festival.
The weeklong event starting Monday has been dedicated to Africa and it is expected to attract many delegations from the continent.
Participants will, among other themes, discuss international poetry.
From Cuba, Cardoso will proceed to Brazil to visit the 'Angola House' in Bahia, inaugurated this year by Angolan education minister, Burity da Silva.
