Larry Klayman, mere moments after the expected Supreme Court denial of the Miami relatives' appeal, is presently seeking to secure an emergency hearing from Judge Moore on Judicial Watch's petition filed this morning at 9am to vacate the trial court's order denying Elian an asylum hearing.

The basis for vacating that order is the fraud of the U.S government in securing it by hiding from the court the clandestine collaboration between the Cuban and American governments to subvert rather than apply the asylum laws of this country.

The Supreme Court gambit never had a chance because of the monumental and repeated failures of Team Coffey to raise certain key constitutional issues in the last seven months.

The only last-second chance Elian has is now through Judicial Watch.
