Two-And-A-Half Years Of House Arrest For Disrespect

CIEGO DE ÁVILA, July 24 (Juan Carlos González, FAPDH) – Raudel Hernández Izquierdo was sentenced to two-and-a-half years of house arrest by the Municipal Tribunal in Morón, in this province, for "disrespecting" Cuban President Fidel Castro.

Hernández’s problems started a few weeks ago when he told people around him at the "Las Palmitas" nightclub: "Fidel Castro is responsible for everything bad that happens in Cuba." He was immediately arrested.
