HAVANA, July 10 (Gilberto Figueredo, CPI) – A dissident here says he has sufficient pictures to prove that the people who organized the melee in El Rincón in December, 1999, are State Security agents.

Valenzuela Salt, of the Civic Brotherhood Movement, said that tape and photographs that he has show the officials as they beat the dissidents (he among them). He says he will air the images at his trial.

"Members of State Security attacked us and arrested us," said Valenzuela.
