HAVANA, April 12 (Héctor Maseda, Grupo de Trabajo Decoro) - Someone hung a banner reading "Down with Fidel" from the bridge over the Havana-Pinar del Río highway in the municipality of San Cristóbal on March 31.

The event surprised local residents, who starting in the early morning walked by to see the banner, notwithstanding the deployment of local police who tried to keep people away while they took the banner down.
