Independent journalist Luis Cino threatened
by State Security agents
HAVANA, March 21 (José Antonio
Fornaris, Cuba Verdad / www.cubanet.org)
- State Security agents threatened independent
journalist Luis Cino 30 years of prison
if he continued his dissident work.
Cino was ordered to appear last Friday
at a station of the National revolutionary
Police in the Marianao municipality.
An agent named Iván told Cino, 48,
that he had already received two warnings
about working as an independent journalist,
adding that for that reason it would be
easy to have him sent to prison.
