Home of independent journalist subject of attack

HAVANA , December 1 (Roberto Santana Rodríguez / www.cubanet.org) - Independent journalist Ahmed Rodríguez Albacia says his home in Old Havana was stoned and burning cardboard and paper tossed on the roof on Wednesday.

Rodríguez Albacia, 21 and a member of the Jóvenes sin Censura agency, said his mother was threatened by a Ra[pid Response Brigade, which said it planned to demonstrate in front of his house December 2, the fiftieth anniversary of the landing of Fidel Castro from the Granma.

"Prepare food because you won't be leaving the house for week," he said one paramilitary told his mother.
