Government calls for "People's March" at U. S. Interests Section

HAVANA, May 12 (Ariel Delgado Covarrubias / www.cubanet.org) - The Cuban government has called for a protest march starting at 7 a.m. May 14 in front of the United States' Interests Section in Havana.

Previous marches have been organized by labor unions and Committees for the Defense of the Revolution, the neighborhood watch organizations, who mobilize hundreds of thousands of people as ordered. Many, if not most of the participants, go along so as not to stand out or lose some small advantage they enjoy.
