Camaguey, Cuba, Dec. 27 (Jorge Alcantara, CPIC / www.cubanet.org) – Julian Serrano Nápoles, an officer in the National Revolutionary Police, was fired for illegally selling coffee out of his home.

According to neighbors, Serrano’s home had been under surveillance by the authorities for the past three months. They said he sold the coffee for two pesos per ounce.
