HAVANA, December 19 (José Antonio Fornaris, Cuba-Verdad /
www.cubanet.org) - The sewers at the "Salvador Allende" teachers
college have been overflowing for a month, soaking adjoining lots and causing
several minor accidents.
The school houses close to 4,000 students and hundreds of teachers and
staff.
Several cows had to be removed from a nearby pasture when the effluents
flooded the field.
The school administrator has not answered several calls Cuba-Verdad made
requesting comments.
