GÜINES, December 11 (José Izquierdo, Grupo Decoro /
www.cubanet.org) - A fire that started in one house extended to two more after
two fire trucks showed up without water December 6 in Güines.
In the end, tank trucks from other municipal entities, and firemen from two
nearby towns, put the fire out after three hours.
The fire started when one resident lit a candle and placed it on a wooden
armoire. When the candle burned down, the fire extended to the furniture and
spread rapidly from there.
