PINAR DEL RIO, Cuba, Dec. 9 (Rafael Ferro, Grupo Decoro / www.cubanet.org) –
Jose Luis Blanco lost his job at the Provincial Hiegene Center when government
authorities discovered he was an independent journalist for the Adala news
agency.
Administrative officials at the center said they could no longer accept
Blanco because he was opposed to the government.
The health center is a unit of the Ministry of Public Health.
