Puente Informativo Cuba Miami.

(GUANTÁNAMO, CUBA, 30 de noviembre del 2001) - Yeisnier Villar Pérez, 24 years old, and a prisoner at the maximum security prison Combiado de Guatánamo, was brutally attacked by Captain Víctor Reyes Cobas. Villar Pérez, refused to participate in some military exercises, and long forced marches.

Yeisnier Villar Pérez, informed his aggressor that he was not in the military to have to do these exercises, furthermore, he was a victim of this repressive penal institution which had deprived him of all his benefits, such as the suspension of family visits and the right to conditional freedom. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

Seventeen days ago, an officer of the guard, known by the nickname of "Bouli " along with other guards, savagely beat Villar Pérez for having requested better security for he feared for his life in Floor 3 – C.

Yeisnier Villar Pérez, has been confined to the punishment cell TO-500, with no running water or electricity where plenty of rodents and mosquitoes make their presence well known.

In the prison system of the dictator, Fidel Castro, prisoners not only suffer cruel and degrading treatments, but they are also deprived systematically of life’s fundamental necessities, such as food, medicine and water.

By, Ferdinando Castro de Lardiller, Delegate in Guantánamo of the Democratic Party November 30 "Frank País". For The Information Bridge Cuba Miami. Given on November 30 the 2001
