HAVANA, April 12 (Lucas Garve, CPI) - Last week, the political police paid a visit to dissident Juan Carlos Floyo Perez and told him not to leave his house between April 9 and 17 on account of the Summit of the G-77, the meeting of heads of state and foreign ministers of the Third World being
held in Havana during the week.
Floyo Pérez, a human rights activist, received the order from an officer who identified himself as Alcibíades, of the Department of State Security. Floyo Perez is confined at his home, on 59 Street, between 114 and 116, in Marianao, city of Havana.
