Disposable plastic glasses reused in bars
and cafeterias
MORÓN, Cuba, December 7 (Kallan
Poe, APLA / www.cubanet.org) - Managers
of bars and cafeterias in Morón that
charge in foreign currency say they reuse
disposable plastics glasses to save money.
Although the reuse is prohibited by the
Ministry of Health, inspectors have been
looking the other way they visit these bars
and restaurants.
This reporter has witnessed workers washing
the dirty plastic glasses and [putting them
out for use.
