Paroled Cuban dissident told to report to
court on Monday
HAVANA, May 6 (Reinaldo Cosano Alén
/ www.cubanet.org) - Juan Carlos González
Leiva, paroled April 26 with 22 months of
his sentence remaining to be served, has
been told to report to the Ciego de Ávila
municipal tribunal Monday May 10.
González' wife reached him by telephone
in Havana, where he had gone to work toward
the freedom of five who were tried with
him, who still remain in prison.
"I'm not afraid of being returned
to prison," said González.
